Not only do Ian and his team support our network of PC’s and associated software, they understand and support all parts of our business. At a manufacturing level they connect our automated machinery to overseas suppliers for maintenance and troubleshooting, they install and maintain our security camera systems, support and connect our sites across NI and SI, provide integration services with our customers and suppliers to eliminate data entry, maintain our site wireless network (which connects static and mobile machinery to production systems) and supply and install all the hardware requirements for these systems at competitive rates.
